A unique product from sister company Hanuman Travel, explore the temples without the tourist crowds on the signature ‘Hidden Trails of Angkor’, following jungle paths and local trails to the ‘back doors’ of major temples. Ride the walls of Angkor Thom and meet locals reclaiming the roads on their bicycles each afternoon. Choose from mountain bike, e-bike, e-mountain bike or motorbike and discover the unseen faces of Angkor, far from the madding crowds. This unique tour includes key temples such as Banteay Kdei, Ta Prohm, Ta Nei, Bayon and Angkor Thom. Not seeing any other travelers on the trails, it’s like being in the Angkor complex decades ago.

The Hanuman Films team was able to shoot this video during the COVID-19 pandemic, getting special permission to shoot a feature video for the BBC Travel Show on Angkor Wat without the crowds. The team worked with former Adventure Manager Jake Corke as our model on the mountain bike.
